Pet Policy
To comply with health and food safety regulations, pets and non-service animals are not permitted inside the store.
Because Gnome Games operates as a board game café with a kitchen and food service, local and state health codes prohibit animals in areas where food is prepared or served.
Service Animals
Service animals are always welcome. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), staff may ask the following two questions if it is not obvious that the animal is a service animal:
- Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
Service animals must remain under control and with their handler at all times.
Outdoor Seating
We understand many guests enjoy bringing their pets along while visiting. While pets cannot be inside the store, pet owners are welcome and encouraged to use our outdoor seating area when available.
Pets must be leashed and under control while using outdoor seating.
