Gnome Games Return Policy
Standard Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened and unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A Gnome Games receipt or gift receipt is required
All approved returns are issued as Gnome Games Store Credit (Gift Card). Store credit never expires and can be used at any Gnome Games location or on the Gnome Games online store.
Customers are responsible for bringing the item to a Gnome Games store or paying for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Collectible card games (CCGs/TCGs/CMGs such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, etc.)
- Used merchandise
- Gift cards
- Magazines or periodicals
- Food and beverages
- Event entry fees
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they meet the standard return requirements:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A Gnome Games receipt or gift receipt is required
- The item must be eligible for return (non-returnable items such as CCGs, event fees, and gift cards cannot be exchanged)
If the exchange is approved:
- If the new item costs less, the customer will receive the remaining balance as Gnome Games store credit (gift card).
- If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the difference in price at the time of the exchange.
