Dave’s Breakfast Sandwich
Breakfasts are the best way to start out a memorable day, and Dave’s Special Breakfast is perfect for that. It brings back memories of early morning fishing trips for salmon on Lake Michigan, duck hunting on the Green Bay, and a warm start to day of skiing or chasing walleyes and perch through the ice. This was a traditional family favorite at the Head Gnomes house when he was growing up.
We start with a fresh English muffin and toast it lightly before adding a light spread of real butter, add some honey smoked ham, a slice of grilled pineapple, and an egg. We melt a slice of baby swiss cheese on top and serve it piping hot for you to enjoy.
Want to spice it up just a little? Ask for a jalapeno pepper slice to be slipped into the center of the pineapple ring.

Wake up with a little spice in the morning. We start with a fresh English Muffin, add smoked Turkey, Pepper Jack cheese , fresh sliced Red Onions, Roasted Red Pepper, Eggs, Jalapenos and smother it with Hammerfire Sauce.
